Latest CLAP 2025 News & Information 

Thank you for your interest in CLAP. Below is ALL the detailed information we have for your 2025 CLAP experience

CLAP Registration Costs and  Refund Policy:

Early Bird + Raffle = $55 - February 1st to March 15th. All members signing up here will be put into a raffle for a free 2026 CLAP registration
Early Bird = $55 - March 16th to March 30th
CLAP Registration = $65 April 1st to April 30th 
Registration closes after April 30th
NO FEFUNDS after Sunday April 12th

For any of our out of town guests, we have reserved a CLAP room rate at the Four Points Sheraton. This facility is 6 minutes from the Yacht Club and 15 minutes from SeaTac Airport

CLAP has several "Traditional" activities:
Set Up Party commences at Noon on Friday. We get the facility set up, spend time hanging out and getting situated for the meeting on Saturday. It can be a bit hectic, getting tables, chairs et al arranged. All are welcome, and this was a way for the out of towners or even the locals in the area to spend more time together.

Pizza Meet and Greet.  After the Set Up Party , we have a pizza fest for those who come from out of town, or locals close to the meeting area, We have some adult beverages and start the party. Always a great time. 

Post Pizza Lobby Party. Typically after pizza we gather in the Host Hotel's lobby for more fun and discussion, There has been some "spirits" sampling in years past. Always great to spend more time and expand your knowledge on the finer points of bourbon, whiskey, hops or grapes...

Post CLAP Chinese Buffet. We have a post meeting feeding frenzy at a Chinese Buffet. This year we will continue that tradition at Mizuki Buffet in Southcenter. Its not Chinese, its more Asian but it is close by

The Yacht Club is a secured, private, gated and fenced facility. There will be no in/out  allowed on Saturday once onsite. The gate will be monitored by an attendant on Saturday from 7am to 10am. IF there are any late arrivals you will need to contact Don McGillivray - 425-275-2316 to be let into the gate. There is ample parking inside the gate/fence, (approx 60 spaces) as well as immediately outside the fence, (approx 40). Large rigs or trailers should think about the outside.

We will have a significant part of the Club to our availability. Parking, the Club House and immediate area and walkways. There are Off Limits sections to the facility and we are asked to honor those. You will see sandwich boards stating MEMBERS ONLY
CLAP attendees with Swap Meet items can be dropped off at the Friday Set Up Party or Saturday morning.  There will be tables outside the Club House,  both upstairs and downstairs for you to place your goodies on. Tables will all be completely under cover. We reiterate, the Yacht Club is very secure. Be sure you have all your items well marked, with the sellers name and intended price.

We will have tables set up for a Swap Meet.
Bring all the decorations you no longer use
and be prepared to bring home more!
